Hi, I'm Shawn Petite.

Hi, I’m Shawn Petite an artist who’s been creating and teaching for over 30 years in many different mediums, but I found my art soulmate in mixed media.

I create soulful and instructive mixed media workshops, I’m a stencil designer and sell my own line of stencils and have created a wonderfully thriving mixed media membership group.

At heart I’m a story teller, and encourager and my goal is to inspire you on your own journey of creating by giving you loving encouragement and to help you go from uncertain to confident in your creative practice.

My favorite quote “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel” Maya Angelou.

I truly believe that that my purpose is to give you purpose and walk with you along the way. I hope that we can create together!
