Tissue paper is one of my favorite things to work with because it takes the fear out of creating. It gives you so many options and, I have found new ways to use it, that you'll just love! 

We will start with some basic techniques and then dive into the techniques that not too many people use, that are super easy and yet will add drama and grunge to any of your mixed media projects.
